The planning for the Bluegrass Festival is well underway, and we are extending an invitation to any club that wishes to set up a food booth please contact either Art Westgate or Ken Corti. There will be no duplications on the menus, so first come has their choice. This is going to be a great event for Massachusetts Lions Eye Research bar none.
This year it will be a one day event and if the program goes well we will not hesitate to expand it to two or three days. There are six bands presently signed up to play, this will give us constant music from 10am till 8pm. We will need help the day of and before, setting up, traffic, parking ticket sales and so forth. If members of your club participate the Club gets credited through the funds received going to MLER. So mark your calendars and we will see you there. More info will follow later.
